Delivery and how to rent
Choose suitable campign equipment that you'll need for your hike or trip. You are always welcome to contact us for advice.
Also pick the period when you want to use the equipment.
- If you choose shipping via parcel machine: we will send the equipment to the chosen parcel machine by 10 a.m. on the morning the rental period starts. We expect that you will return the rented equipment to your chosen parcel station by 12 p.m. the next day after the renting period ends. Please set the destination parcel machine to Omniva Tallinna Arsenali Keskuse pakiautomaat (parcel station). Recipient: Mart Raus, +372 53 819 918.
- If you choose to to pick up the rented goods yourself at Vibu 8, Tallinn: please agree with us the pick-up time in advance. Generally a suitable pick-up time is in the evening from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. before the rental period starts and return time from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. the following day after the rental period ends.
After you have send us your order, we will check the availability of the products and if all is okay, we will send you the invoice.
After you have paid the invoice, there is nothing more left for you to do than to wait for the upcoming hike and go pick up the rented equipment from parcel station or our rental point.
We trust that you will keep our equipment in good order - therefore we are not asking for security deposit.
Please return the equipment in a dry and clean condition.
